At Digital Tanish, we are committed to delivering high-quality online courses and workshops. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any program.

Refund Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day refund request window from the date of purchase.

However, refunds are not automatic. All requests are subject to an eligibility review by our team.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of purchase, and

  • You have not completed the course, and

  • Your case meets our genuine-need criteria after review.

You will NOT be eligible for a refund if:

  • You have completed the full course.

  • You have consumed a significant portion of the content.

  • The request is made after 30 days.

  • Issues arise due to personal schedule conflicts, change of mind, or user-side technical limitations.

Digital Tanish reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after evaluation.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is not allowed once you have started or accessed the course.

  • Once payment is completed and enrollment is confirmed, your seat is secured for you.

  • Enrollment cannot be transferred to another person.

Exception

If you have not joined or accessed the course at all, cancellation may be considered in special circumstances, subject to management approval.
